Workshop/Tutorial “What is a Factum”

This workshop was originally held live on Zoom Sept 7, 2024.

The goal of this workshop is to explain what a factum is to those who are new to the court procedure, such as self-represented litigants, and foreign trained lawyers.

In the tutorial, I went through a factum example based on a fact hypothetical, or “story”.
